Australia Funds Program for ICT Talent Development in the Solomon Islands
Up to 40 young Solomon Islanders are set to benefit from an Australia-funded SIG ICT Services Unit Junior Professional Program by the end of 2025, ensuring a sustainable pathway for ICT talent development.
Minister for Finance and Treasury, Hon. Manasseh Sogavare, awarded certificates to seven young ICT professionals who completed the program, which will be crucial for developing the pool of local ICT talent.
The program provides on-the-job training and development for the next generation of ICT leaders.
