Mr. Mangau mentioned not only the two significant events you supported, but also the trainings and engagements you conducted with the National Crime Prevention Department to reach out to our communities.

“It is a legacy that RISPF and the people of this country will never forget. Now you will be going back home. Please share my best wishes with your families and your superiors,” Commissioner Mangau said.

The outgoing CPLT Commissioner, Mr. Zhao Jinyong, acknowledged with great appreciation the support received from RSIPF executives and its officers.

“I am truly grateful for the trust you placed in us. The collaboration we have built together is something I will always cherish. The milestones we have reached would not have been possible without the dedication, talent, and spirit of each and every one of you,” Zhao said.

Mr. Zhao said, my friends, thank you for making my time here unforgettable. Coming to the Solomon Islands has shown me the strength that comes from true, heartfelt connections. I leave with a profound appreciation for the values we share and with deep respect for this beautiful country and its people. I will carry the memories of our time together with me, and I look forward to seeing you in China or in the Solomon Islands again.

The new CPLT Commissioner, Mr. Liu Shenghuang, expressed his confidence in carrying forward the leadership from the outgoing Commissioner Zhao Jinyong.

Commissioner Liu said the new team will adhere to the principles of professionalism, efficiency, friendship, openness, transparency, and goodwill.
