Solomon Airlines is extending the hours of its international reservations call centre hours, in partnership with customer solution specialists Anjuna, providing enhanced accessibility and
convenience for travellers during the festive season and beyond.
Effective immediately, customers worldwide can access Solomon Airlines’ international reservations and support services 24 hours a day between Monday at 8:00 AM through Saturday at 6:00 PM, and on Sundays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Solomon Islands Time, GMT+11) for assistance.
Customers contacting Solomon Airlines reservations for assistance with their bookings will receive warm and professional support from our airline experts. Support includes enquiries including flight schedules, airfares, fare rules, onboard experience, itinerary changes, and service disruptions.
During Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, call centre hours be limited to between 8:00AM and 6:00PM to ensure service continuity while accommodating the festive season.
In addition to the extended operating hours, Solomon Airlines is introducing new local contact numbers to better serve customers in key international markets, including Fiji and New Zealand.
