On February 19, the “Guangdong Book House” donation ceremony took place at the Chung Wah School in the Solomon Islands, attended by H.E. Ambassador Cai Weiming and Education Minister Hon. Tozen Leokana.
The 872 donated books, provided by Guangdong Province, showcase China’s traditional culture and modern advancements, offering students insights into China.
Ambassador Cai emphasized China’s commitment to a “community with a shared future,” aiming to benefit the Solomon Islands and foster mutual development.
He pledged to continue prioritizing local welfare, enhancing people-focused projects, and expanding bilateral exchanges to build a brighter future for both nations.
