LOGO Competition
54th Pacific Islands Forum Leaders’ Summit
The Solomon Islands Government, in partnership with the Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat, proudly announces a Logo Design Competition inviting Solomon Islands citizens to create the official logo for the upcoming 54th Pacific Islands Forum Leaders’ Summit. The Summit will be held in Honiara from 9–12 September 2025.
This prestigious event offers a unique opportunity for local artists and designers to contribute to a landmark Pacific gathering. The winning logo will be prominently featured across all official Summit materials, merchandise, and digital platforms, symbolizing Pacific unity and the Solomon Islands’ role as host nation.

Competition Details
• Prize: SBD 10,000 cash prize, Certificate of Recognition, and public acknowledgement during the Summit
• Eligibility: Open exclusively to Solomon Islands citizens (individuals or teams). Employees involved in the competition process are not eligible.
• Deadline: 16 June 2025
Logo Design Requirements
Submissions should:
• Represent Pacific unity and the Solomon Islands as host
• Incorporate elements inspired by the Pacific Islands Forum identity and the Blue Pacific Continent
• Convey a forward-looking Pacific embracing progress, peace, and cooperation
• Feature colours, motifs, or symbols reflecting Solomon Islands culture
• Be clear, simple, and adaptable for print, digital media, and merchandise
• Avoid complex designs or gradients that do not scale well
• Be a square image with a 1:1 ratio, at 1000 x 1000 pixels
Submission Guidelines
Entrants must provide:
• High-resolution logo files in PNG and PDF formats
• A brief explanation (maximum 300 words) describing the design and its significance
• Name, contact details, and place of residence

Late submissions will not be accepted.
Terms and Conditions
By entering the competition, participants agree that the winning design becomes the property of the Solomon Islands Government and the Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat for official use.
