Since then, rumors have begun circulating that financial issues may have been behind the lineup change for the 2024 Bonfire Festival, with some speculating that DMP might have requested more money from the organizers. These unconfirmed reports suggest that negotiations between the band and the festival management may have broken down over compensation, leading to DMP’s unexpected removal from the lineup.
While no official statements have been made by either the band or the organizers to address these rumors, fans have been quick to speculate online. This has only fueled further confusion and debate, with some supporting the band’s right to higher pay and others criticizing the possibility that financial disagreements led to the disruption of the anticipated event.
