Today marked the official start of on-site construction for the China-aided Auki Road Project. Led by the China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC), the initiative aims to significantly improve local transportation infrastructure while ensuring the safety and convenience of residents.
On the first day of work, the CCECC team quickly mobilized to begin essential repair and leveling of the current road surface. Their focus was on eliminating potholes and other surface damages to provide smoother, safer travel for both pedestrians and vehicles.
CCECC emphasized its commitment to maintaining strict safety protocols and construction quality throughout the project. The company has pledged to follow the established schedule closely and work efficiently to ensure the road upgrade is completed at the earliest possible time. Once finished, the project is expected to greatly enhance connectivity and mobility in the Auki region.
