Heavy rain today has once again put the Ministry of Infrastructure Development (MID) and road contractors under scrutiny, after sections of a newly built road on the eastern side of Honiara were seen flooded.
The incident has raised concerns over the effectiveness of drainage systems on newly completed road projects.
