The Royal Australasian College of Surgeon (RACS) Ear Nose and Throat surgical team visited Solomon Islands in August to partner with local clinicians and deliver lifesaving surgery. RACS has been working across the Pacific for the last 30 years.
Together, the team carried out nine complex surgeries at the National Referral Hospital and participated in clinical training and mentoring, strengthening local clinical knowledge and skills.
