Remarks from HCC City Clerk.
Briefing for all clean-up volunteers.
Clean up zones/area by HCC & Volunteers team leaders.
Briefing on data collection by MECDM
9.00am- 12pm
Undertake River Clean Up to be coordinated by Clean up zone team leaders.
Clean Up data collection to be coordinated by MECDM & HCC Reps with allocated volunteer group.
12pm -12.30pm
Clean Up teams return to assembling area (Note: Light refreshments to be served) Vote of thanks to volunteers
Closing prayer
12.30 -1:00pm
Rubbish Collection and disposal at assigned areas.
PET Bottles -Tuvaruhu/Lindsay’s area at Henderson/stored at designated location
Aluminum cans- BJS/Joe Kelesi
Organics (Kangkongs, grass,etc)-Dobo Detke’s compound
Others-Ranadi dumpsite
Notes:
Bring your own knives and garden rakes from home
Bring a hat/cap from the hot sun
Bring your own reusable water bottle
