Solomon Ports had the privilege of hosting His Excellency Ambassador Gallardo Valencia, the Ambassador of Peru to Australia, Fiji, and Papua New Guinea, during his recent courtesy visit to Honiara Port.
During the visit, Ambassador Valencia met with Solomon Ports’ CEO, Mr. George Rausi, where they discussed the potential for enhanced maritime trade between the Pacific region and South America.
The Ambassador emphasized the significance of establishing future collaborations and partnerships with key maritime stakeholders in Peru and South America, which could open new avenues for trade and mutual growth.
CEO Rausi took the opportunity to showcase Solomon Ports’ operations and services, providing the Ambassador with insight into the port’s vision for boosting maritime trade in the Solomon Islands.
