China Medical Team in Solomon Islands conducts a medical outreach in Aola Community, Guadalcanal Province recently.
When learned about Aola community’s medical needs, Chinese doctors set off early in the morning and went on a bumpy 4-hour journey. When they arrived in Aola, they were warmly welcomed by the community.
Chinese doctors provided over 120 villagers with medical consultations including blood pressure and blood sugar checks, as well as internal medicine, surgical, and acupuncture treatments. They also donated medicine and a blood pressure monitor to the Aola Community Clinic.
