The Solomon Islands’ Under-23 Men’s and Women’s 3×3 basketball teams have officially departed for Palau to compete in the highly anticipated 2025 Pacific Mini Games.
After determined efforts, the Solomon Islands Basketball Federation (SIBF) successfully secured travel arrangements for both squads, marking a major opportunity for the nation’s rising basketball talent.
The stakes are high, with the tournament winners earning a coveted place in the Youth World Cup later this year, as well as qualification for the 2026 Commonwealth Games.
