He reflected on his recent visit to the college in China, which provided valuable insights into the college’s commitment to innovation, excellence, and professional development in law enforcement training.

“Today’s visit reinforces our shared commitment to building stronger partnerships in corrections training and capacity-building. We hope this engagement will pave the way for long-term cooperation, including staff training and institutional exchange programs, and the eventual establishment of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between our two institutions,” Commissioner Forau added.

He also highlighted the importance of international partnerships in addressing CSSI’s limited access to high-quality, long-term training programs.

“We place great value on your support and are excited about the opportunities ahead to enhance the professional capabilities of our officers. CSSI is confident in the high standards and capabilities of Fujian Police College and believes a formal training relationship will yield significant benefits for both sides,” he concluded.
